How To Make Homemade Granola (Vegan + Gluten-Free)
This homemade granola recipe takes only 30 minutes to make, which includes baking time.
You will need the following ingredients:
Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
Light Brown Sugar
Agave Nectar or Maple Syrup
Neutral Vegetable Oil – Try Safflower Oil, Sunflower Oil or Non-GMO Canola Oil

First, preheat your oven to 300°F with your oven rack positioned in the middle for even baking.
Next, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine the gluten-free rolled oats and sugar in a medium bowl. Stir in the vegetable oil and agave nectar (or maple syrup) until the oats are well coated.
Spread the granola along the parchment covered baking sheet.
Bake the granola for 15 minutes, stir, then continue baking for an additional 5 to 7 minutes.
Remove your granola from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving. The granola will slightly harden as it cools.
