For nutrition, many fruits are rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals that can be eaten to encourage beautiful, glowing skin.

In addition, following these basic steps can help to promote your optimal radiance:

1.) Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day. This especially helps to combat dry skin.

2.) Keep your skincare regimen as simple as possible – avoid using products with harsh or irritating ingredients.

3.) Avoid eating high sodium foods, which can disrupt your skin’s natural moisture balance and leave you dehydrated.

Glowing Skin Beneficial Vitamins and Nutrients

How To Make:

For a single serving:

If needed, wash your fruit before preparing and pat dry.

Take 1 ripe mango and cut away the skin. Slice along the pit and cut into chunks.

Slice 2 kiwi, 2 to 4 strawberries (depending on size), and 1 banana. You can slice them as thin or as thick as you would like.

Place the sliced kiwi, strawberries, banana, and mango chunks in a bowl. Eat plain or top with a few spoon-fulls of non-dairy yogurt. Sprinkle with your toppings of choice and enjoy!

Notes

How To Tell If A Mango or Kiwi Is Ripe:
Gently squeeze your fruit. If it feels hard or firm, the fruit is unripe. You will need to let it ripen at room temperature for a few days until softened.
If your fruit is soft when applying pressure, it is ripe and ready to eat.
