Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe Mango
  • 2 Kiwi
  • 2 to 4 Strawberries
  • 1 Banana

Instructions

  • If needed, wash your fruit before preparing and pat dry.
  • Take 1 ripe mango and cut away the skin. Slice along the pit and cut into chunks.
  • Slice 2 kiwi, 2 to 4 strawberries (depending on size), and 1 banana. You can slice them as thin or as thick as you would like.
  • Place the sliced kiwi, strawberries, banana, and mango chunks in a bowl.
  • Eat plain or top with a few spoon-fulls of non-dairy yogurt. Sprinkle with your toppings of choice and enjoy!

Notes

How To Tell If A Mango or Kiwi Is Ripe:
Gently squeeze your fruit. If it feels hard or firm, the fruit is unripe. You will need to let it ripen at room temperature for a few days until softened.
If your fruit is soft when applying pressure, it is ripe and ready to eat.

How To Store:
You can make this healthy fruit bowl ahead of time. Store any leftovers in a glass or air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
